Anders Realty has been marketing unique Texas Hill Country Ranch, River, & Recreational property since 2003. With the main office located in Johnson City and satellite offices located in Blanco and Fredericksburg, the company focuses on Blanco, Gillespie, Kendall, Llano, Mason, Burnet, and Hays counties. The firm's specific level of expertise lies in raw land, hunting ranches, live water properties, and homes on acreage. Anders Realty does not focus on commercial, lake property, or high-density residential development projects.

Professional Experience

After completing his degree at Texas A&M University, Brady worked for Omni Hotels from 1996-2000 in Sales & Marketing focusing on group business in the Government & SMERF markets. As a Senior Sales Manager, Brady’s team focused on long term group business planning for the 43 Omni Hotels located throughout the United States, Canada, & Mexico. Brady achieved President’s Circle status for individual and team goal accomplishments every year while employed by Omni Hotels. Since leaving the hotel business, Brady has focused on marketing unique Texas Hill Country Ranch, River & Recreational property.

His focus is an aggressive hands-on approach to each property that he is hired to market, contract, and sell. Brady realizes selling property “from the car” isn’t going to cut it and insists on driving/walking every area of the subject property to gain a complete understanding of what is to be offered. This approach is critical to painting the picture via phone/email to a prospective buyer.

 An ongoing comparable sales database is maintained via brokers, multiple listing service systems, appraisers, federal affiliated land banks, and title companies to have the most up to date pulse on rural real estate markets. This database is a vital asset when preparing a complete property analysis for a prospective client. With an emphasis on technology (mapping, web-based marketing), property analysis, and customized marketing plans for each property, Brady’s niche level of service has allowed him to quickly become the preferred real estate broker of choice to execute rural real estate transactions.

Personal

Brady grew up in Victoria, Texas and has lived in Austin, Texas since 1996. Brady has two healthy boys, Jack Augustin and Benjamin Patrick. Brady is an active outdoorsman, and enjoys American & Texas history, cooking, college football, and quality family time.
